Since I discovered Asana, I have greatly improved my personal efficiency by better managing my actions on a daily basis. The My Tasks tab allows you to see the priorities at a glance, and the task self-promotion is just great because it frees your head by seeing only the essentials, it helps you concentrate.With our teams, we have improved the management of our projects, the follow-up of actions, the integration of new recruits, our meetings, ... We've reduced emails, and Asana becomes the place to go to find information and its context.The tool often evolves, and the forum is very active if you have questions.In short, Asana is very flexible and allows us to gain in collaboration and efficiency every day.
I have used Asana for more that 8 years and think its one of the best work management tools I have worked with. The focus on moving to the background to focus on the work is the reason I keep on using this tool. Other tools may have more features, But Asana helps our team to actually get things done or moving by not getting in the way. The UI feels lightweight but the features are powerful, well thought through and helps our team to work together on a new level.
Efficient, Productive and User-friendly are three things that come to mind when someone says ASANA. The platform works for smaller teams and larger ones; project managers and product owners; strategy planners and meeting coordinators. The tool is versatile and I like that I can customise each project to the needs of my audience.Above all, the team at ASANA has def got the customer focus right. The forum is a great source to engage with other users, as well the team's processes to gather feedback and further enhance the tool itself.
I've been using the free version of Asana for almost 1.5 years and it's one of the best tools to manage a team's projects and tasks. Loved its mobile application more than the web version though. The best part is its auto-save feature and automated email reminders of pending tasks. 10/10 for the UI as well.
